1. Go to: https://evolutionenergie.freshdesk.com/support/home.

  2. Click on Check ticket status at the right of the screen.

  3. The list of tickets can be sorted by their status “Open or Pending” or “Resolved or Closed” (Filter). You can also view the tickets of your colleagues by clicking the option “Tickets created by everyone in your company”. If you do not see this option please contact the support team at Evolution Energie.

    The list of tickets cwill be displayed (Ticket) along with their status (Status). The tickets can exported by clicking on the link “Export tickets” (Export).
    Click on the name of the ticket to view all messages of the ticket.
