- If you have are registered to the support portal, login to the site. If not create an account and login.
- Once connected click on New support ticket.

Fill the form with the following fields :
Requester : Your Email address.
Subject : Brief title of the ticket. (This field should not contain the description of the issue)
Type : This is the type of ticket.
- Support : These tickets are questions regarding the solution, e.g. how to do in Flexinergy...
- Improvement : These tickets covers development/commercial requests to improve the solution.
- Tech support: These tickets relates to an eventual bug or problem with the solution.
Description : The description of the ticket. Please try to be as complete as possible for better efficiency to solve the ticket.
Attach a file : You can add a file (log, screenshot, excel, word, video,…). The size of the file cannot exceed 15mb.
