1. If you have are registered to the support portal, login to the site. If not create an account and login.

  2. Once connected click on New support ticket.
  3. Fill the form with the following fields :

    Requester : Your Email address.

    Subject : Brief title of the ticket. (This field should not contain the description of the issue)

    Type : This is the type of ticket.

    • Support : These tickets are questions regarding the solution, e.g. how to do in Flexinergy...
    • Improvement : These tickets covers development/commercial requests to improve the solution.
    • Tech support: These tickets relates to an eventual bug or problem with the solution.

    Description : The description of the ticket. Please try to be as complete as possible for better efficiency to solve the ticket.

    Attach a file : You can add a file (log, screenshot, excel, word, video,…). The size of the file cannot exceed 15mb.
